The procedure for migrating your license is as follows:
- Enter your licensekey, email address and select the desired Migration. Be sure to enter the email address you did use when ordering XPUnlimited. Read this FAQ about 'your email address'.
- You will receive an email containing the Pro Forma Invoice for the Migration, including the Migration costs. The Migration costs are the price difference between your current license and your selected Upgrade, plus € 10,-- handling and administration costs, with a minimum of € 25,--.
- You can choose to pay by credit card using SWReg services, or wire transfer.
- When we receive your payment, your license will be Migrated. You will also receive an email with the Migration software.
- Please note that VAT at local rate will be added for European Union customers in case we do not have your VAT number in the administration.
- The only email you will receive is an email with the Pro Forma Invoice. Click here for our privacy policy.
